  • If you wax or sugar this is the time to schedule your appointment for 3-5 days before your session.
  • Start shopping for your outfits.
  • Start drinking water!


3-5 Days Before Your Session


  • Exfoliate your body.
  • If you wax or sugar now is the time! Doing this a few days before your session gives your skin a chance to calm down from irritation.
  • Get your hands and feet done. Your nails will be starring in the photos. (I highly recommend press-on nails if your job doesn't let you wear nails or you normally don't.)
  • Keep drinking water!


The Day Before Your Session


  • Pack a bag with any outfits, shoes and accessories you want at your session (high heels, stockings, handcuffs). Double check that you love the way all of your outfits look on you.
  • Drink more water!
  • Moisturize your skin.
  • Get a good night's sleep.


The Day of Your Session


  • Use clear deodorant.
  • Eat something light.
  • STRETCH!! I will have you doing all kinds of poses and you want to make sure your body is ready!
  • Wear loose, comfortable clothing. I recommend going bra free. You want to prevent clothing lines on your skin and that includes underwear.
